Do you outsource your work, partial custom, or is it done in house?

We do 100% custom work in house. We never use stock sizes to fill in unused space or cover it with trim material.

What is your cabinet construction? What type of materials do you use?

Most of our products are handcrafted using solid wood or furniture grade plywood. We use particle board & MDF if requested by our customers or sometimes to help keep cost down. We do not use plastic supports or plastic fasteners for cabinet frames.

How many years of cabinetmaking experience do you have?

Each of our craftsmen has 10-15 years cabinetmaking experience.

How is the paint or stain finish applied? Can you provide a true furniture grade finish in your facility?

We use commercial spray booths and only use premium furniture grade stains, lacquers and paints to insure a beautiful high-end finish. Water base paints are also used.

Do you just make kitchen and bath cabinets or can you provide custom cabinetry throughout my home or office?

We build most types of cabinets and wood products, including kitchen and bath cabinetry, showcases, check-out counters, built ins, stand alone units, bookcases, entertainment centers, desks, libraries, bars, computer workstations, wine cellars, etc. for your home or office. We also incorporate plastics, light metals and upholstery to our manufacturing.

Do you provide free written estimates? Are there any additional or hidden costs, such as tear-out, delivery or installation?

We provide written invoice/contract that includes all costs for customers ready to commit to a contract/invoice. Estimates are informal quick quotes sent via email and is good for 30 days.

Do you provide CAD or shop drawings of my project?

Cabinetry projects receive free shop drawings within week of initial deposit. Additional drawings will not be made if the customer supplies a drawing. We also provide cad drafting services at an hourly rate.

Can I make changes to my order after the drawings are done?

In fact, we do not proceed with any construction until the customer has made any necessary changes and given written approval of the renderings.

Does your product come with any type of warranty?

Our residential products has a one year warranty on material and workmanship base on management approval. Specific warranties are by request of the customer and is listed on the formal invoice. <<Click here>> for more on our warranty. Presently we do not have a warranty for commercial products.

What are your payment terms? Do you accept major credit cards?

75% deposit required on cabinetry orders over $1,000 and 25% prior to shipping upon approval of custom order from the customer. All major credit cards & check cards are accepted via PayPal for custom orders.
